Yoga Friends is an original series created for the Noggin streaming app.
Regular episodes of the show are 11 minutes long. There are also "Yoga on the Go-ga" shorts that are only 2-3 minutes long.

In season one, the episodes had a narrator and showed families doing yoga poses on white backgrounds. In season two, the episodes are now hosted by Stephanie or Trinidad, with animated backgrounds.

In season two, the show has two hosts, Stephanie and Trinidad. They usually host by themselves, but in the episodes "Best Friends Yoga" and "Jungle Yoga," they host together.
