A TV programming block is an arrangement of shows so that those of a particular genre, theme, or target audience are grouped together. The Noggin channel had two main programming blocks: a daytime block for younger kids and a nighttime block for teenagers called The N (standing for "The Noggin").

Smaller blocks[]
Noggin also included smaller, specialized blocks as part of the two main blocks.
- The Hubbub was an interactive block that aired on weekdays from 2001 to 2002. During the block, viewers could submit questions and comments to Noggin's website and see them live on-air.
- Nick Jr. on Noggin was part of the daytime block from 2003 onward. It was a four-hour showing of imported series from Nickelodeon's Nick Jr. brand.
