Noggin LLC is a production company that owns all of the shows created for Noggin and its programming block The N. It is listed in the copyright for Noggin's original series, usually at the end of each show's credits. The Noggin LLC name groups all of Noggin's shows (for preschoolers, tweens, and teens) under one brand.

Viacom, Nickelodeon's parent company, is the owner of Noggin LLC. Viacom first established the Noggin LLC name on June 24, 1998 (source), in preparation for the Noggin channel's upcoming launch.
The Noggin LLC name is mostly known for appearing in the credits of Noggin and The N's originally-produced series. It was also credited at the bottom of every page of Noggin.com. It can be seen on most Noggin promo items, since the copyright to Noggin's head logo belongs to Noggin LLC.
Viacom lists Noggin LLC as one of its production companies. It is listed along with the company's animation studios and filming locations.
