The Noggin.com V2 Rap Song was a commercial that aired on Noggin from 2000 to 2001. It was a promo for an updated and redesigned edition of Noggin's website, Noggin.com. It features the channel's first mascot, Phred, in one scene. It was notably the first commercial to feature The URL with Phred Show, which was upcoming at the time.
Description
The commercial was mainly created to advertise a new assortment of games, as well as a site redesign. Highlighted in the verses are Radio Noggin, the Noggimation Station and the upcoming URL with Phred Show.
A second version was also made, retaining the verse for Radio Noggin and highlighting the Whats, Skengle and Skengle, and A Walk in Your Shoes, as seen here.[1]
Phred's Room
Phred's Room appears as it does in the URL with Phred Show, although it aired nearly a year before the introduction of the show. It also introduces the phrase "URL with Phred."
