Noggin's Neighbors is a package series that aired during commercial breaks on Noggin. It is a wide assortment of puppet and animated clips, including scenes from Noggin shows and short-form series such as Nanalan'. It is the most varied out of all of Noggin's package series.
Like other package series, the segments were all pre-existing scenes. The opening and ending animations were the only newly-made footage.

Format
The intro features a mashed-up town with buildings and characters from Sesame Street and Blue's Clues, as well as Philomena Fly, Winky Love, and Porkchop from Doug.
