Noggimation Boy is one of the main characters of The URL with Phred Show. He is a hyperactive miniature boy made of 8-bit pixels. He is the host of the Noggimation segment in each episode. He is always jumping around and talks in a super-excited, high-pitched voice. He has stringy red hair and wears a purple shirt and green shorts. He is much shorter than the other characters and stands at about half of Phred's height.
He originated as the mascot of Noggin's Noggimation Station game, where players could draw their own digital animations using 8-bit sprites. After URL with Phred ended, Noggimation Boy continued to appear in commercials for Noggin. As late as 2005, he also appeared in bumpers for Noggin's nighttime block The N.
