Letter and Number Soup is a package series that aired during commercial breaks on Noggin. It is a collection of alphabet and counting-themed clips from Sesame Workshop and Nickelodeon's libraries, including Max and the Alphabet Adventures and 123 Sesame Street.
Like other package series, the segments were all pre-existing scenes from Nickelodeon and Sesame Workshop's archive library. The opening and ending animations were the only newly-made footage.
History
The segments with the original opening and closing aired on Noggin from 1999 to 2003. The ones with Feetface aired during his time on Noggin.
Summary
In the original opening, a boy is rowing a boat in alphabet soup, then we zoom out to the Noggin Logo as the boy shouts "Letter and Number Soup!"
In the 2002 opening, Feetface is seen chanting about letters and numbers, then he makes way for the Noggin logo with a link to Noggin.com. In the closing, he chants about letters and numbers again, and also makes way for the Noggin logo and a Noggin.com link.
