LOL with The N is an original series created by Noggin. It aired on Noggin during the channel's nighttime programming block, The N, which was aimed at teens. This miniseries features teens who want to become professional stand-up comedians.
History

Production on the series began in January 2003, with filming taking place at the Gotham Comedy Club in New York City. Visitors were allowed to attend the taping sessions, which started on January 5. The series premiered in May 2003 as part of the "Summer in The N" event. Each episode premiered on a Friday at 7:00 PM.
Summary
Each episode features professional stand-up comedians and amateur teen comics performing for the very first time. Being a teen can be scary all on its own -- try being a teen performing stand-up comedy in front of a live audience! Taped on location at New York City's Gotham Comedy Club, each half-hour episode will spotlight four comedians -- two adults and two teens. In addition to the performances, each show will highlight exclusive backstage footage that gives viewers an inside look at the teens' pre-performance jitters, styles, and methods used to practice their lines.

Comedian Mike Birbiglia was the host of the show. Chris, Rob, and Sam were some of the teen comedians featured.
