Francis W. Burrows has written several songs for Noggin. Outside of Noggin, Burrows was born in New York City, raised in the Bronx, and has performed with Carlos Santana, Narada Michael Walden, Premik Russel Tubbs, has served as a producer, arranger, and composer for Doug Katsaros, a producer, songwriter Russ Desalvo, Larry Coryell, Melissa Manchester, Debbie Gibson, and Dee Snider, and has led his own bands.
