Noggin produced a variety of commercials to promote its works. Phred was featured on many of the early advertisements to inform viewers of Phred on Your Head Show and The URL with Phred Show.

Addendum[]
For Noggin's "Freeform Summer 2001," the network opted to remove its breaks from inside the shows and instead have extra-long gaps between shows. For these, a series of speed-motion lazy summer inserts were created. This also created additional time for "the Hubbub." After the introduction of The N in April 2002, any show airing in late night aired this way.
